Returns

Due to the personal care nature of our products, we do not accept returns on used or opened items for hygiene and safety reasons. However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace it or issue a refund.

For unused and unopened items, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged.


Refunds

Once your return or issue is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please place a new order and contact us regarding the original item.
